✔ Edupoint Academy – The educational service provider that connects students with tutors for home tutoring.
✔ Student – Any individual enrolled in Edupoint Academy’s tutoring services.
✔ Parent/Guardian – The person responsible for making payments and ensuring compliance with Academy policies.
✔ Tutor – The instructor assigned by Edupoint Academy to provide academic guidance.
✔ Advance Monthly Fees – Fees that parents must pay before the start of each month to secure tutoring services.
✔ Academy Account – The official bank account of Edupoint Academy where all payments must be made.

Payment Policy
Payment Policy
✔ Advance Monthly Fees: Parents must pay the tuition fees before the start of every month. Classes will commence only after confirmation of payment.
✔ Payment to Academy Only: Parents must not pay tutors directly. All payments must be made only to Edupoint Academy’s official bank account.
✔ No Third-Party Payments: Edupoint Academy will not be responsible for any payments made to tutors or third parties.
✔ Non-Refundable Fees: Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in special circumstances as decided by Edupoint Academy.
✔ Late Payment Penalty: If fees are not paid on time, Edupoint Academy reserves the right to charge a late fee or suspend classes until payment is received.

✔ Fixed Class Timings: Sessions are scheduled in advance. Any rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to tutor availability.
✔ Missed Classes: If a student misses a class without prior notice, it will not be compensated. If a tutor is absent, a compensatory session will be arranged.
✔ Minimum Attendance Requirement: Students must maintain at least 75% attendance to continue services.

✔ Respect & Discipline: Any misconduct, harassment, or disrespect towards tutors will lead to immediate termination of services.
✔ Parental Supervision: Parents must supervise younger students and ensure they complete their assignments on time.
✔ Damages Responsibility: Any damage to tutors' teaching materials will be the responsibility of the student/parent.
Discontinuation & Refund Policy

✔ Notice Period: If a student wishes to discontinue, a 7-day prior notice must be given. If not, the next month’s fees will still be applicable.
✔ Tutor Change Requests: Edupoint Academy requires at least one week to assign a replacement tutor if needed.

✔ Tutors must submit valid ID proof, qualification documents, and references for verification.
✔ Tutors must adhere to professional teaching standards and maintain regular attendance.

✔ Monthly Payments: Tutors will receive payments only after the completion of sessions for the entire month.
✔ Payment Date: Tutor payments will be processed within the first 7 days of the following month.
✔ No Advance Payments: Edupoint Academy does not provide advance payments to tutors under any circumstances.
✔ Payment to Tutors Only via Academy: Tutors will be paid directly by Edupoint Academy. Parents will not pay tutors directly.
Class Cancellations & Leave Policy

✔ Tutors must inform the Academy 24 hours in advance if they need to take leave.
✔ If a tutor misses a class, they must compensate for the session within the same month.
✔ Continuous absenteeism may result in removal from Edupoint Academy’s tutor panel.

✔ Tutors must not share or misuse students’ personal details, academic records, or any Edupoint Academy materials.
✔ Direct private tutoring engagements with Edupoint Academy students without official Academy approval is strictly prohibited.

✔ Safety & Security: Parents are responsible for ensuring a safe learning environment at home.
✔ Feedback System: Edupoint Academy values feedback from students, parents, and tutors to improve service quality.
✔ Right to Modify: Edupoint Academy reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice.
