✔ Fees Paid Are Non-Refundable: Once the monthly tuition fee is paid, it is non-refundable under normal circumstances.
✔ No Refund for Missed Classes: If a student is absent or misses a scheduled session, no refund will be issued. However, a compensatory session may be arranged at the tutor’s discretion.
✔ Refunds in Exceptional Cases: Refunds may be considered only in rare situations, such as:
Tutor unavailability after payment.
Discontinuation of services by Edupoint Academy.
Any serious issues verified and approved by the Academy.
✔ Notice Period Required: If a student wishes to discontinue classes, a minimum 7-day prior notice must be given.
✔ No Immediate Refunds: If the discontinuation request is made after the start of a month, the fees for that month will not be refunded.
✔ Partial Refunds (If Applicable): In case of long-term pre-paid plans, prorated refunds may be provided for the remaining months, subject to a deduction for administrative and tutor allotment costs.
✔ If a Tutor Leaves Mid-Month: Edupoint Academy will assign a replacement tutor within one week.
✔ If No Replacement is Found: A prorated refund will be issued for the remaining sessions.
✔ No Refund for Tutor Change Requests: If a student requests a different tutor after classes have begun, the fees remain non-refundable.
✔ Double Payment: If a duplicate payment is made, it will be adjusted in the next month’s fees or refunded upon request.
✔ Transaction Errors: If a payment fails or an incorrect amount is deducted, the parent must provide proof, and a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after verification.
✔ Refund Mode: Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the original payment method only. No cash refunds will be provided.
✔ Tutors are Paid Monthly: Tutors will be paid only after completing the full month’s sessions. No advance payments will be made.
✔ No Refunds for Tutor Resignation: If a tutor voluntarily leaves mid-month, they will be compensated only for the completed sessions, and no additional payments will be made.
✔ Tutor Payment Disputes: Any disputes regarding tutor payments must be reported to Edupoint Academy within 5 days of payment processing.
✔ Policy Updates: Edupoint Academy reserves the right to modify this refund policy as necessary. Any updates will be communicated in advance.
